What is SVEVID?

SVEVID is an online video-on-demand service that allows you to watch regional feature, documentary and animated films and series on your computer, tablet, and smartphone.

What do you need to use the SVEVID service?

The service is available to users who have access to fixed or mobile Internet and own a computer, smartphone, or tablet. The lowest recommended speed is 5Mbps (download). The speed and quality of the internet connection, as well as the performance of your device, have a significant impact on your user experience.

How many devices can be used under one subscription?

You can watch SVEVID on three different devices simultaneously, from one subscription account.

How much does SVEVID service cost?

All registered users are entitled to two weeks of free SVEVID platform service and then the option of activating a monthly subscription – indicative price is €2.65 per user for the subscription (VAT included).

How can I register?

You can activate the SVEVID service at www.svevid.net.

What do I need to use the SVEVID platform on my mobile devices and tablets?

To use SVEVID on Android and iOS devices, you must have an active Internet connection and access to the platform using one of your existing Internet browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari…).

Can't log in or register to SVEVID application from my PC, what do I need to do?

Try another browser – Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

What if I forgot my username and/or password?

If you cannot recover your username and/or password in the My Account section, please contact customer support at support@svevid.net.

Devices

Can SVEVID content be viewed on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, SVEVID content can be viewed simultaneously on three different devices.

How can a new device be authorized?

When you want to use SVEVID on your new device, you must log in to www.svevid.net from that device in order to authorize it. If you have reached the device limit on your account (max 3 devices), you must first delete the authorization on one of the existing devices. You can make up to 5 device changes (5 authorizations) per month.

How do I delete an authorization on one of my devices?

On the website www.svevid.net, select the option Device Management , where you can deauthorize, rename or add devices.

Who can I contact my provider if the service is down or problems occur?

If you have any problems, please contact us via e-mail, Facebook or Instagram and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Video

Is programme content subtitled?

Individual titles are available in the original language of production and English, and soon complete content will have subtitles in all languages of the region and English.

What is the image quality of the available audio-visual content? 

SVEVID supplies users with the best possible audio-visual content available from the producer of a particular audio-visual work, and is constantly investing in raising the standard and quality of presentation.
